A kick-off call with the financial operations team, questions first. We want to hear how the business actually runs before we tell you anything about accounting.
Days 30-60
Set up the routine
We build the processes that keep the financials and your operations moving together: how often transactions get categorized, how bills and deposits are handled, who approves what, and a close date you can plan around.
Days 60-90
Find the new normal
A steady rhythm, built on a working relationship. Reporting shows up when you expect it, and your Director is in the margin, hiring, and lender conversations rather than reading about them later.
