Advisory HQ

For the decisions that do not come around every month.

Selling the company, buying one, needing a CFO a few days a month, or wanting someone to tell you where the books are weaker than they look. Each is its own engagement. None of them requires moving your accounting to us.

Inside Advisory HQ

Four ways we work alongside you.

  • Transaction Advisory

Buying or selling a business. We work out what an owner actually walks away with, get the records ready for diligence, and pressure test an acquisition before you commit to it.

    See Transaction Advisory
  • CFO Advisory

Senior financial leadership without a senior hire. A standing relationship covering budgets, cash, pricing, lenders, and the plan for next year.

    See CFO Advisory
  • Financial Planning and Analysis

Budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario models, and budget versus actual review. The planning engine underneath the decisions, available with or without a CFO.

    See Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Financial Operations Assessment

A structured review of how your finances actually run. We rate what we find, write down what we would fix and in what order, and walk you through it.

Why it is different here

Advice from people who also do the work.

  1. 01

    We stay through the decision.

Not a deck and a handshake. We are in the board meeting, the lender meeting, and the closing, and we are still reachable the month after.

  2. 02

We build what the decision needs.

If the analysis calls for a model, a dashboard, or a process that does not exist yet, we build it rather than working around it.

Where we start

Advice is only as good as the books underneath it.

A valuation or a forecast built on unreliable books is a guess in a nicer font. So if the numbers are not solid yet, the first thing we do is establish a reliable baseline. That can happen with us, or with the bookkeeper or CPA you already use. We just need the numbers to mean what they say before we lean on them.

Bring us the decision you are weighing.

Tell us what is in front of you. We will tell you what we would want to see, and whether we are the right people to help.
