We list every role and vendor touching finance, the share of their time spent on it, and the annual cost, including your own time if you are doing finance work. We total it, express it as a percentage of revenue, and compare it against benchmarks.

Each area is rated excellent, good, or needs improvement. We say which one plainly.

We name the account, the amount, and the date. Uncleared deposits sitting on one checking account since 2024 is a finding. Reconciliations need attention is not. Every gap comes with a fix scored for effort and value, so you know what to do first. The report is written to be useful whether or not you hire us for ongoing work.
