Real-Time Bookkeeping
Accessible books for the stage you are in.
Some businesses are at a point where monthly financials, review meetings, and a standing relationship do not yet add enough value, or are not feasible. That is not a failure. It is a stage. What you need is to log in and know the books are coded, current, and right. You can engage this on its own.

How it works
Transactions are sorted the day they clear.
The routine work runs continuously. Our team reviews it instead of typing it in.
Coding as transactions land
1. Connect your accounts
Bank, card, and payment accounts feed the ledger directly. We set up your list of accounts (the chart of accounts) around how you actually earn and spend.
2. The ledger codes continuously
Routine transactions get categorized and checked against the bank as they land. Nobody types them in at the end of the month.
3. A person reviews it
Someone on our team checks how each transaction was categorized, resolves what the automation flagged, and handles anything that calls for a judgment. The automation does not decide how something should be treated. We do.
4. You see where you stand
Cash on hand, what you are owed, what you owe, and where your liabilities sit, any day of the month, plus clean books ready for your return.
What this is not
A real service, and a bounded one.
Below is where it stops, so you do not find out later.
- Not a controller. There is no month-end close review or reporting package built for a lender or a board.
- Not advisory. No fractional CFO, no budget build, no sitting in your ownership or funding conversations.
- Not a custom build. No automations, dashboards, or systems work built around your operation.
When you need any of those, that is the next stage.

We will tell you plainly whether this is the right fit or whether you have already outgrown it.
