Privacy policy

This page explains what this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have tried to keep it short and accurate to what the site actually does.

When you fill out our contact form

Our Get Started form asks for your name, email, organization name, and whether you are a business or a nonprofit. You can also choose to give us a phone number, a revenue range, an employee count, the accounting software you use, and a message.

We store what you send in our database and pass it to the internal system our team uses to keep track of client relationships, so the right person can get back to you.

Preventing abuse of the form

To limit repeated or automated submissions, we store a hashed fingerprint derived from network information about the request. A hash is a one-way scramble, so it lets us notice repeat submissions without keeping the original details. We do not store raw IP addresses.

Your business or nonprofit preference

If you choose the business or nonprofit view, your browser remembers that choice in its own storage so the site shows the right version next time. It is a preference, not tracking, and it stays in your browser. Clearing your browser storage resets it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages people visit, whether someone sends our contact form, and whether someone opens our booking calendar. We do not send your name, email, phone number, organization name, or message to Google Analytics.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information.

Asking what we hold, or asking us to delete it

Client financial information

This policy covers this website only. Financial information we handle while providing services to a client is governed by our engagement agreement with that client, not by this page.

Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
